Booking conditions:
An advance payment is required to finalize the reservation! Please transfer the deposit within 3 working days of the reservation! After the deadline, we will cancel your reservation!
The remaining part of the accommodation fee is to be paid on site, upon arrival!
After paying the deposit, please send us the personal data of the reservation:
– Name, nationality, exact address, with postal code
The amount of the deposit: 50% of the value of the reservation (value without tourist tax) In case of booking several apartments, the deposit must be paid per apartment.

Cancellation conditions:
In case of cancellation of reservations confirmed with a deposit, the deposit cannot be refunded!
